Where do I find my serial numbers?
Serial Numbers are located in your order summary on your order confirmation that was emailed upon purchase. You may also find this information in your Rebound Rewards Loyalty and Rewards account under Past Orders.
What do my serial numbers look like?
Serial Numbers are in a specific format they include
- Batch Number (BN) followed by a number and
- Space, dash (-), space
- Serial Number (SN) followed by a number
followed by the month and year of manufacture XX/XXXX format
Example: BN0001 - SN0001 05/2026
Do all of your products have serial numbers?
No, only select products with a warranty such as hardware have serial numbers.
