Shipping policy

Domestic US Shipping

We ship to the United States only, including Washington D.C., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Armed Forces Bases. Tracking is available for all domestic orders within the United States via your selected carrier. We do not ship to U.S Territories, nor outside of the United States at this time.

 

Turn Around Times

As soon as product is available to ship your order in full, we will notify you via email. This email will include your tracking number for your order.

For standard orders, ship times are typically within 72 hours. If we do not have your order in stock, it immediately goes into production with a 4-6 week turn around time.

 

Event On Site Pick Up

If Appa Percussion Products is attending an event like a WGI or DCI competition, on-site pick up might be possible. If this is necessary for a last minute order and we can accommodate we are happy to! Send an email to AppaPercussionProducts@Gmail.com with the Subject On-Site Pick Up to see if coordinating is possible.

 

Trade Shows and POS Booths

We may also offer POS Booths at select Trade Shows or events at DCI, WGI, PASIC-BOA, for your connivence. All orders placed at the trade show will be delivered at the POS. Alternatively if we run out of stock of a certain item at an event; we encourage you to place an order on our website for the fastest service.
